Minimum 1-year carry-in warranty.
Battery covered for 1 year only.
On-site pickup/drop-off available every Wednesday & Saturday via 3PL.
Warranty excludes third-party damage and physical wear & tear.
Warranty Exclusions
Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, or improper storage.
External causes like power surges, environmental factors, or unauthorized repairs.
Alterations or modifications by unauthorized parties.
Damage from incompatible accessories or software issues.
Products not purchased from ABEX or its authorized resellers.
Shipping damage not caused by carrier.
System corruption, malware, or improper software settings.
