• If purchased from TechNova Store: check service center location & hours.
• If purchased from other platforms: contact the respective merchant.

General Warranty Policy

• Minimum 1-year carry-in warranty.
• Battery covered for 1 year only.
• On-site pickup/drop-off available every Wednesday & Saturday via 3PL.
• Warranty excludes third-party damage and physical wear & tear.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, or improper storage.
• External causes like power surges, environmental factors, or unauthorized repairs.
• Alterations or modifications by unauthorized parties.
• Damage from incompatible accessories or software issues.
• Products not purchased from ABEX or its authorized resellers.
• Shipping damage not caused by carrier.
• System corruption, malware, or improper software settings.
